The southeastern region of Brazil is home to the majority of the country’s coffee farms. We source the beans for our Kentucky bourbon whiskey barrel-aged coffee from a small family farm, then roast them to the perfect level to accentuate the beans’ natural sweetness and bring out the rich notes of chocolate, caramel, and mandarin orange. For the finishing touch, we age each small batch in bourbon whiskey barrels from Kentucky distilleries to impart the deliciously smooth flavors of bourbon and light oak.
